Sunflower oil

Olitalia sunflower oil has a high percentage of polyunsaturated fatty acids (over 50%). Sunflower oil contains an essential fatty acid- linoleic acid (omega 6 acid), and vitamin E. It resists well in cooking and acts as a delicate and light dressing, particularly suitable for mayonnaise. It is resistant to high temperatures.
