Mascarpone is a cream cheese of Italian origin, it is used in many Italian desserts, for Tiramisu cake etc. Sometimes is served with sliced gorgonzola cheese. Excellent with the addition of: sugar, coffee, cocoa, flaked dark chocolate and cinnamon. Fat content 35 %.
