Cheese Valtellina Casera
Valtellina Casera DOP cheese is a typical Lombardian tabel cheese, from cow’s semi skimmed milk. The ripening is extended from min 6 up to 12 months. Valtellina Casera has a creamy texture with scattered holes, delicate flavour, though very distinctive with longer ripening times.
