Coconut extract “Chefs Choice”

Coconut extract is the extract of freshly grated coconut flesh, it is used for making curries, candies, cakes, ice cream and other preparations. Coconut extract and cream are an excellent alternative to cows’ milk in some cooked dishes (provided you like its quite strong coconut flavour).
